IS DRINKING ALCOHOL A SIN? - PART 2
Many
Christians believe that drinking any kind of alcohol is sinful. In
fact, when celebrating Holy Communion these Christians drink grape
juice instead of wine. Other Christians do not believe that alcohol is
per se sinful. While everybody agrees that drunkenness is a sin, what
about drinking in moderation? The second "camp" believes that Jesus
Himself advocated drinking alcohol in moderation. Join TMM for this
two part podcast as we explore the scriptures on both sides of this
discussion. While this certainly is not an issue that should divide
the church, as the body of Christ we certainly should give our best
efforts to learn what is sinful and what is not so that we live our
lives as much as possible according to Christ's will.
