CRACKING YOUR HEART OF STONE (HEBREWS 3:7-9)

Today, if you hear God's voice, do not harden your heart.  A hard heart cannot be penetrated.  No matter what tries to get in it will simply bounce off.  When our heart is hard we will adamantly refuse to let the Word of God in.  But long before Jesus ever walked the earth, God promised to give His people a new heart.  Instead of a heart of stone, God will give us a heart of flesh, softer, more pliable, and able to be receptive to His Word.  When God is speaking to you, be willing to listen.  Don't harden your heart, especially when God is asking you to step outside of your comfort zone for the sake of His kingdom.  But this is not the only lesson in this podcast.  Join us as we also discuss the appropriate attitude to bring to our worship and how Psalm 95 speaks to the same wrong attitudes today that it refers to at the time of the Exodus.
