IS JESUS GOD? - Part 1
Many people believe that Jesus was a good moral teacher, but when you propose that He is God, they may look at you like you belong in a mental hospital. Yet one of the foundational beliefs of Christianity is that Jesus was more than just a man. He also is God. He is the second person of the Trinity, often referred to as the "Son" or the "Word." This podcast is part one in a two part lesson explaining why Christians believe that the Bible teaches the divinity of Jesus. In part 1, we will take two approaches to answering this question. First, we will look at the divine name of God, "I AM." Next, we will examine whether God allows anyone other than Himself to be worshipped. If God's name and the act of worship are both reserved for the one true God, what does it mean if these two items are assigned to Jesus as well?
