JESUS, OUR KINSMAN REDEEMER - PART 1 (HEBREWS 2:12-13)
This lesson begins with a review of the film "Fireproof," from the same church that produced "Facing Your Giants." After sufficiently raving about this movie, the class moved on to the matter at hand. In the last lesson we learned that believers and Christ are all part of the same family. In this podcast we start to learn some of the implications of being related to Jesus. For starters, we can model Jesus' trust in the Father, even when times are tough. But the Father has also entrusted His earthly children to Jesus' care, almost like a big brother looking after his younger siblings. This can bring remarkable reassurance to our hearts because no one can snatch us away from Christ's grip. Are you sure you are going to heaven? You can be. Listen to this lesson to find out how.
