prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason
for the hope that you have” is an achievable goal for pastors and lay
people alike.Ken knows what works for the people in the pews because he is one of them.He knows how to communicate these concepts without sitting in a seminary classroom. Ken has been a lawyer since 1998, so he makes his living by being able to communicate clearly.He hosts the “Preparing Your Answer” podcast based upon a regular class he teaches at Grove Presbyterian Church in Aberdeen, Maryland.He

What is Ken’s theological background?
Ken believes that a good summary of the Christian religion is the Nicene Creed.If you accept all the tenets of that Creed, we here at TenMinasMinistries are happy to call you a brother or sister in Christ.Within the Nicene Creed’s general outline, there is room for diversity of opinion on issues of theology.Personally, Ken is an elder in the Presbyterian Church (USA).He
is a Calvinist, but more along the lines of the moderate Calvinism of
Norman Geisler as opposed to the more strict Calvinism of R.C. Sproul.He
believes that salvation is through the grace of God by faith alone, the
Bible is the inerrant, divinely inspired Word of God, and the invisible
church is made up of all true believers who have the Holy Spirit
dwelling inside their hearts.

Ken Coughlan is happy to structure a program based upon whatever topic you have planned for your event.The
strength of our teaching ministry, however, is in two key areas: (1)
reasons to believe (apologetics) and (2) solid reformed Biblical

What is the cost of a TenMinasMinistries seminar, retreat or workshop?
Ten Minas Ministries does not want cost to get in the way of providing you with a first rate program.Therefore, we are willing to work with virtually any budget.Generally
speaking, we ask only for consideration of our expenses, travel
(including lodging depending on your distance from the northeastern
Maryland area) and an honorarium in an amount of your choosing.Ken does not require a hotel.He is more than happy to stay with someone from your congregation if it helps you save on costs.
Does Ken appear for any other types of speaking engagements?
Yes. Ken is also available to guest preach in the pulpit or appear for discussion panels, debates or corporate events.
